Compliance solutions for secure market access

We offer international services that address extended manufacturer responsibility. In this context, we support you, for example, in complying with all legal obligations arising from the respective national implementation of the WEEE Directive (implemented in Germany via the ElektroG (Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act)), the Battery Directive (implemented in Germany via the BattG) and the Packaging Directive (in Germany implemented by the VerpackG).

Regardless of whether you require labelling, information and registration or take-back and recycling: our competent team is at your side to advise you, for example by analyzing your requirements and developing individual best-match compliance solutions, as well as by implementing determined measures. Your secure market access is our goal - worldwide.

Background

Extended producer responsibility (EPR) is regarded as a central instrument for implementing a functional waste hierarchy. Manufacturers, viewed as the "polluters" in the context of respective national legislations for electrical and electronic equipment, batteries and packaging, among others, have to fulfill a large number of obligations which pursue the goal of conserving resources and protecting people and the environment. The associated, complex obligations range from product design requirements to concrete market access requirements and disposal. Against this background, EPR compliance is not a nice-to-have, but a decisive factor for the compliant and successful placement of the products on the market.
